摘要
以广西北海高岭土为原料,二氧化硫脲(TD)为还原剂,考察了反应物比例、p H、配合物的加入量对二氧化硫脲还原电位的影响。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电镜表征样品。结果表明:当实验自制氯化铈与对羟基苯甲酸、邻菲咯琳以1:1:1的摩尔比混合,反应过程中p H值为9、配合物加入量为TD的3wt..%,TD的还原电位高达-786 mv,相对于未经活化的TD的还原电位提高了-335 mv。活化后的TD对高岭土还原除铁效果明显,漂白后高岭土的煅烧白度为88.7%,比未处理的高岭土煅烧白度84%提高了4.7%。
Beihai kaolin was used as a raw material, thiourea dioxide as a reducing agent. The influence of ratio of reactant, pH value and dose of coordination complex on the reduction potential of thiourea dioxide was investigated. The samples were characterized by means of XRD and SEM. The results showed that: when the self-made cerium chloride, PHBA and 1,10-Phenanthroline monohydrate were mixed to the molar ratio of 1:1:1, the pH value was 9 in the reaction process, the dose of coordination complex was 3wt.% of thiourea dioxide, the reduction potential of thiourea dioxide was -786 mv, improved by -335 mv compared with the thiourea dioxide without excitation. The activated TD has an obvious effect on kaolin reduction and iron removing. The calcined whiteness of the bleached kaolin was 88.7%, which was 4.7% higher than that of the untreated kaolin sample, whose calcined whiteness was 84%.
