摘要 目的:通过任务引领下的妇产科见习,促进学生对助产士的角色适应。方法:选取2010级助产专业100名学生,实验组50名学生接受任务引领下的妇产科见习,对照组50名学生接受随机见习安排。见习结束后对2组学生的妇产科护理计划、助产技术和妇科护理的成绩进行统计学分析,实验组学生进行自我评价。结果:实验组学生都认为该见习方式能够做到理论和实践相结合,促进角色的适应。实验组学生的成绩优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针对助产专业学生开展任务引领下的妇产科见习,促进他们对助产士角色的适应,提高了学习质量和效果。 Objective ] To improve the role adaptation of midwifery students through the obstetrics and gynecology trainee under the guidance of task in midwifery .[Method] 100 students of 2010 junior college midwifery were randomly divided into the ex-periment group and the control group .The experiment group was taught with the basis of the task guidance ,while the control group was only given the conventional trainee .Care plan ,midwifery and obstetric care scores of the two groups were statistically processed .The two groups were assessed by self ,The students in the experimental group were self -evaluated .[Result ] The trainee can do it the way the combination of theory and practice ,and promote the role of adaptation .The score of the communi-cation ability of the experiment group was higher than the control group ,being statistically significant ( P〈0 .05 ) .[Conclu-sion]The role adaptation of midwifery students were enhanced under the guidance of task in midwifery .It can effectively im-prove their learning quality .
