摘要 目的探讨妇产科护理实践课教学改革的运用效果。方法在2001级护理本科“妇产科护理学”实践课教学中,采取建立完善实验室设施与管理、改革实践课教学方法、对学生进行实践能力考核评价等措施。结果89.7%的学生认为护理实践课教学改革可提高其理论知识和技术操作能力;72.4%的学生认为实践操作练习不增加学习负担。操作技能考核90分以上的11人,占37.9%;80~90分的18人,占62.1%。结论实践课教学改革提高了学生的综合能力和教师的教学水平。 Objective To evaluate the result of teaching innovation in gynecological and obstetrical practical classes. Methods During the practical teaching of gynecological and obstetrical nursing among grade 2001 undergraduate nursing students, the management of laboratory was improved and the teaching method was innovated. Then the students' practical ability was evaluated. Result 89.7% of the students agreed that teaching innovation in practical classes could help them to improve their knowledge and practical ability, while 72.4% believed that practice would not burden their study. 11 students (37.9%) got the score higher than 90, while 18 (62.1%) got the score from 80 to 90. Conclusion Teaching innovation in practical classes improved students' comorehensive ability and teachers' teaching ability.
