摘要 目的:探讨情景模拟健康教育法对PICC置管患者健康生活方式的影响。方法:将入住我院肿瘤科进行PICC置管的患者130例随机分为观察组61例和对照组69例,观察组实施情景模拟健康教育法,对照组实施常规健康教育法,比较两组健康生活方式以及并发症发生情况。结果:健康生活方式得分随着时间的变化而变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),观察组在干预后10 d、干预1个月、干预2个月、干预3个月健康生活方式得分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组并发症发生率均低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:情景模拟健康教育法可促进PICC置管肿瘤患者执行健康生活方式,提高自我管理能力,降低患者带管期间各种并发症的发生率。 Objective: To investigate the effect of scenario simulation health education on the healthy lifestyle of patients with peripherally inserted central catheter( PICC). Methods: 130 patients with PICC in our hospital were randomly divided into the observation group( n= 61) and the control group( n = 69). The scenario simulation health education method was applied in the observation group and the conventional health education method was used in the control group. The healthy lifestyle of the patients and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of healthy lifestyle of the patients changed with time going on( P〈0. 01);There was statistically significant difference in the comparison of healthy lifestyle of the patients between the two groups after 10 days,one month,2 and 3 months of the intervention( P〈0. 01); the incidence of complications was lower in the observation group than the control group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion: The scenario simulation health education method can promote the implementation of healthy lifestyle,improve the self- management ability of patients with PICC and reduce the incidence of complications.
