摘要
使用活性胺对双酚A型环氧树脂进行化学改性,加入冰醋酸进行季铵化反应,制备出适用于制备玻璃纤维的阳离子水性环氧树脂,并实现了生产放大。通过研究原料用量、原料加入方式、反应温度和反应时间,确定了最佳的原料配比及工艺。测试表明,使用自制和进口的改性环氧树脂生产的玻璃纤维性能相当。
Bisphenol A epoxy was modified by active amine and quaternized by glacial acetic acid. Cationic water- borne epoxy was synthesized to fit fiberglass and the production was realized. The ratio and process was confirmed by the researches of quantity and the adding method of materials, the temperature and time of the reaction. The fiberglass had the comparative properties when used our own and imported modification epoxy.
