摘要
研究生教育是培养高层次人才、提升学科内涵的重要形式,输血医学研究生教育正处于起步阶段,还存在人才需求目标不明确、无正规化培养模式、导师队伍数质量有待提高等问题,需要我们不断强化导师队伍建设,拓宽研究生教学渠道,探索正规化培训模式,坚持学科建设与研究生个性培养相统一,为输血医学高层次人才培养做出努力。本文就输血医学研究生教育的现状问题及发展策略作一论述,以期为建立系统完善的输血医学研究生教育体系提供思考和建议。
Graduate education is an important form of training high level personnel and promotes the competitiveness of discipline. The graduate education of transfusion medicine is in the initial stage, which has some problems, such as no clear talent needs, no formal training model, the quality of the tutor team needs to be improved, etc. We should strengthen the construction of graduate teaching assistant team, expand the different modes of teaching, explore the formal training mode, adhere to the discipline construction and graduate students＇ personality training, and make efforts for training the high level personnel of transfusion medicine. In this paper, the current situation and development strategies of the transfusion medical graduate education were discussed, with a view to provide some suggestions for the improvement of the graduate education system of transfusion medicine.
