摘要
输血医学的飞速发展对输血从业人员的专业技能提出了更高层次的要求。在新形势下,部分基层医院输血医学水平仍存在发展滞后、相关业务进展缓慢的问题,输血从业人员的培养也面临较大困难。为及时了解和掌握新技术、新理念,选择大型三甲医院进修已成为基层医务工作者提高业务技能和综合素质的有效途径。输血科作为集采供血、输血、教学、科研为一体的临床学科,接收输血从业人员进修已经有三十多年历史。通过对输血科进修生现状的分析,结合近年来空军军医大学第一附属医院进修生培养模式的改革,笔者进行了这方面的总结和探讨,以期完善临床教学工作,提高带教水平,培养出理论知识丰富、实践技能娴熟,且具有科研创新能力的输血专业人才,推动基层输血医学不断向前发展。
The rapid development of blood transfusion medicine has put forward higher requirements for the professional skills of blood transfusion practitioners.Under the new situation,the level of blood transfusion medicine in some grassroots hospitals still lags behind,and the related business progress is slow.The training of blood transfusion practitioners also faces great difficulties.In order to understand and master new technologies and concepts in a timely manner,it has become an effective way for grass-roots medical workers to improve their professional skills and comprehensive quality to choose large tertiary hospitals for further study.As a clinical discipline integrating blood collection and supply,blood transfusion,teaching and scientific research,the blood transfusion department has received advanced training from blood transfusion practitioners for more than 30 years.Through the analysis of the current situation of the advanced students in the blood transfusion department,combined with the reform of the training mode of the advanced students in the First Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University in recent years,the author summarized and discussed this aspect in order to improve the clinical teaching work,improve the teaching level,cultivate the blood transfusion professionals with rich theoretical knowledge,skilled practical skills,and scientific research and innovation ability,and promote the continuous development of basic blood transfusion medicine.
