摘要
重点介绍了自行研制的用于工业生产的单层旋转式、多层旋转式、隧道式及阶梯隧道式四种典型的微波干燥装备。并用其分别对硫酸铜、富硒渣、氯化钠、煅后焦、高钛渣、浮选钛精矿等不同冶金物料进行精准干燥、深度脱水的微波冶金试验与生产;介绍了微波装置的功率匹配、工艺计算、设备研发、系统构成与应用技术,并对研发及应用中的工程问题进行了分析讨论。
Four indigenously developed typical microwave drying equipments are emphatically introduced, they are single layer rotary type, multilayer rotary type, tunnel type and ladder tunnel type which are used for industrial production. The microwave metallurgy test and production, such as precision drying and deep dehydration was carried out separately for copper sulfate, selenium enrichment slag, sodium chloride, calcined coke, high titanium slag, flotation titanium concentrate, and the other metallurgical materials; the power matc- hing, process calculation, equipment research and development, the system composition and application technology of microwave equipment are introduced, and the existing engineering problems in the research and development are analyzed and discussed.
