摘要
目的观察CONTREX等速肌力训练对前交叉韧带(ACL)重建术后功能恢复的影响。方法对64例ACL重建术后患者进行12个月以上的以等速肌力训练为主的系统性康复训练,于术后第六、十二个月分别进行等速肌力评定,计算患侧峰力矩/健侧峰力矩的比值并进行Lysholm膝关节功能评分。结果康复后第六个月和第十二个月不同角速度股四头肌、腘绳肌及30°股内侧肌峰力矩均明显高于康复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后第六个月与第十二个月比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。康复6、12个月后膝关节功能评分显著高于康复前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);康复训练6个月后膝关节功能评分与康复训练12个月后比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论等速肌力训练对ACL重建术后患者功能有明显的恢复作用,采用此方法进行康复训练切实可行。
Objective To observe the effect of Biodex system 3 Isokinetic Training on functional recovery of the anterior cruciate ligament （ ACL） reconstruction on postoperative. Methods Totally 64 cases Of patients on ACL reconstruction surgery were in systemic rehabilitation based on isokinetic strength training over 12 months, and isokinetic muscle strength were assessed at 6 and 12 months, respectively, then calculated the ratio of peak torque ipsilateral and contralateral peak torque, and Lysholm score. Results The different an- gular velocities quadriceps, hamstrings and 30°medial femoral muscle peak torque after rehabilitation at 6 months and 12 months were significantly higher than before the rehabilitation, the difference was statisti- cally significant（P〈0.05） ; There were no significant between on 6 months and 12 months（P〉0.05）. The knee score after rehabilitation at 6 and 12 months were significantly higher than before rehabilitation, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; There were no significant between on 6 months and 12 months（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Isokinetic strength training for ACL reconstruction patients have signifi- cant functional recovery effect, this rehabilitation method is feasible.
