摘要
目的:探讨膝关节交叉韧带重建术后康复治疗的疗效。方法:24例交叉韧带损伤患者,根据不同损伤部位采用不同手术方式行交叉韧带重建术,术后按相应训练程序给予系统康复治疗,并采用Lysholm膝关节活动评分量表评分。结果:经系统康复训练后平均随访(31.9±12.1)个月,24例患者Lysholm膝关节活动评分量表中跛行、关节不稳、疼痛、肿胀和上下楼等功能与治疗前比较改善明显(P<0.01或0.05)。结论:交叉韧带重建术后早期康复训练对于保护重建韧带,增加关节稳定性及恢复运动功能具有重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the curative effect of the rehabilitation of patients following the reconstruction of cruciate ligaments of knees.Methods: A total of 24 patients with cruciate ligament injury received different surgical procedures of cruciate ligament reconstruction according to different injured locations.After operation,systemic rehabilitation treatments were given according to the training programs and Lysholm activity score list was applied to assess the activities of knee joints.Results: After systemic training of rehabilitation and follow-up for(31.9±12.1) months,the Lysholm activity score list showed that the functions were improved obviously,including the gait,stability of joint,pain,swelling and action of going up and down stairs as compared with those before treatments(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion: Early rehabilitation after the reconstruction of cruciate ligaments of knees plays important roles in protecting reconstructed cruciate ligaments,increasing stability of joint and recovering function of locomotion.
