摘要
采用生物室内测定方法研究了不同浓度的桑树根水浸提液对2个茎瘤芥品种(涪杂2号和永安小叶)种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感效应。结果表明:桑树根水浸提液具有明显的化感作用,不同浓度的浸提液对2个茎瘤芥品种种子萌发和幼苗生长表现出不同的化感效应。不同浓度的浸提液对"永安小叶"种子发芽率和发芽势均有抑制作用,而对"涪杂2号"种子发芽率和发芽势的影响则呈现低浓度促进、高浓度抑制的现象;对2个茎瘤芥品种幼苗根和茎长都有抑制作用,并随着浓度的增加而增强;"永安小叶"对桑树根浸提液的敏感性强于"涪杂2号",幼苗生长强于种子萌发,根强于茎;幼苗中的丙二醛(MDA)含量及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性随着浸提液浓度的增加而上升。综合桑树根浸提液对2个茎瘤芥品种的化感效应分析,在茎瘤芥与桑树套作时应优先选择"涪杂2号",并与桑树保持一定的间隔距离。
Allelopathic effects of root extract from Morus a lba on two varieties (Fuza No.2 and Yongan xiaoye) of Brassica juncea var.tumida were studied in laboratory.The results showed that the root extract had obvious allelopathy,different concentrations of root extract had allelopathic effect on seed germination and seedling growth of two varieties differently. The different concentrations of root extract had allelopathic inhibition on germination rate and germination potential of Yongan xiaoye, but the germination rate and germination potential of Fuza No.2 were inhibited at higher concentrations of root extract.The length of root and stem of two varieties were inhibited with the increase of concentra- tion of root extract.The sensitivity of root extract of Yongan xiaoye was stronger than that of Fuza No.Z, seedling growth was stronger than seed germination, and root was stronger than stem. The malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and peroxidase (POD) activity of seedling increased with the increase of concentration of root extract. Therefore,Brassica juncea var. Tumida and Morus alba should have a distance and should give priority to Fuza No. 2 in the interplanting system based on allelopathy study.
