公务员的心理弹性对压力与主观幸福感关系的调节效应 被引量:11

摘要 目的:本研究旨在分析公务员的心理弹性、压力与主观幸福感的关系,并检验心理弹性的调节效应。方法:采用方便抽样调查了403名公务员,使用中国成年人心理弹性量表修订版(RSCA-R)、公务员压力量表(CSSS)、中国人主观幸福感量表(CHI),考察被试的心理弹性、压力与主观幸福感状况,并通过相关分析、结构方程模型探讨变量之间的关系。结果:心理弹性各维度与压力呈负相关(r=-0.39^-0.22,P<0.01),与主观幸福感呈正相关(r=0.27~0.61,P<0.01),压力各维度与主观幸福感呈负相关(r=-0.41^-0.24,P<0.01)。心理弹性调节模型的各拟合指数分别为:χ2/df=2.35,GFI=0.90,AGFI=0.88,NFI=0.92,CFI=0.95,TLI=0.94,RMSEA=0.06,显示模型拟合良好。压力与心理弹性乘积项对主观幸福感的路径系数显著(γ=-0.24,SE=0.09,P<0.01),这表明心理弹性可以负向调节压力与主观幸福感之间的关系。结论:良好的心理弹性对于高压力水平下公务员的主观幸福感具有保护作用。 Objective: To analyze the relationship among resilience,stress and subjective well- being( SWB),and further testing the moderated effect of trait resilience. Methods: Employing accidental sampling method,403 civil servants were assessed by Resilience Scale of Chinese Adults( RSCA- R),self-made Civil Servants' Stress Scale( CSSS) and Chinese Happiness Inventory( CHI). Results: The research showed that there were significant negative correlations between resilience and stress( r =-0. 39 ~-0. 22,P〈0. 01). Resilience was positively correlated with subject well- being( r = 0. 27 ~ 0. 61,P〈0. 01),while stress was negatively correlated to subject well- being( r =-0. 41 ~-0. 24,P〈0. 01). Structural equation modeling indicated that the model fitted the data well( χ……2/ df = 2. 35,GFI = 0. 90,AGFI = 0. 88,NFI = 0. 92,CFI = 0. 95,TLI = 0. 94,RMSEA = 0. 06). It pointed out that resilience( γ =-0. 24,SE =0. 09,P〈0. 01) had a remarkable moderated effect on relationship between stress and happiness. Conclusion: Resilience plays as a protective role to improve government employees' subjective well- being in stressful situation.
