摘要
目的编制家庭养老高龄老人的自我感受负担量表,并进行信效度的检验,为家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担的测量提供参考依据。方法采用文献回顾、专家咨询法,构建家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担初始量表。2016年5-6月,采用便利抽样法选取家庭养老的117名高龄老人进行预调查,量表条目的筛选采用项目区分度分析、相关性分析、探索性因素分析和内部一致性检验。2016年8-10月,采用方便抽样法选取473名家庭养老的高龄老人进行正式调查,并进行信、效度分析。结果正式量表由3个一级维度、6个二级维度、34个条目构成。该量表的内容效度为0.951,一级维度与总量表的相关系数为0.649~0.863,二级维度与总量表的相关系数为0.608~0.901;该量表的总Cronbach’sα系数为0.961,分半系数为0.818。探索性因子分析提取6个公因子,累积方差贡献率为77.791%;验证性因子分析:卡方/自由度为2.203,均方根残差为0.078,非规范拟合指数为0.862,比较拟合指数为0.919,近似均方根残差为0.074,显示该量表模型拟合良好,具有较好的结构效度。结论家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担量表具有良好的信效度,可用于家庭养老高龄老人自我感受负担的测评。
Objective To develop the self-perceived burden scale for elderly people who lived with the family,and to observe the items through exploratory factory analysis and confirmatory factory analysis,in order to provide reference for evaluating elderly people of self-perceived burden.Methods The relevant literature were accessed to establish the elderly self-perceive burden scale.By convenience sampling method,117 elderly people were selected for pre-survey.After Delphi method,formal investigation selected 473 elderly people who lived at home in Fujian province,to analysis the scientific nature of the scale.Results The formal scale consisted of 3 level I dimensions,6 level II dimensions and 34 items.The content validity of the scale was 0.951,the correlation coefficient between the level I dimension and the total scale was 0.649-0.863,and the correlation coefficient between the level II dimension and the total scale was 0.608-0.901;the total Cronbach’sαcoefficient of the scale was 0.961,and the split coefficient was 0.818.Six common factors were extracted in formal survey,which resulted in the cumulative contribution rate of the total variance of 77.791%;the result of confirmatory factory analysis wereχ2/df 2.203,RMR 0.078,NNFI 0.862,CFI 0.919,RMSEA 0.074.Conclusions The self-perceived burden scale of elderly people living in the family has good internal reliability and validity.
