摘要
样品的前处理方法是土壤中重金属含量测定的关键的环节,不同的消解方式影响着测定结果的准确性。本文对目前主要前处理方法包括湿法消解(电热板法、高压密闭消解法、微波消解法、石墨消解法)、干灰化法与碱熔法等进行介绍。
Sample pretreatment method is the key link for the determination of heavy metal content in soil, different ways of resolution affects the accuracy of determination results. This paper introduces the present main pretreatment method, include wet digestion （electro-thermal board method, high-pressure vessels method, microwave digestion method, Graphite digestion）, dry-ashing and alkali fusion method.
