摘要 广西水产品资源丰富,面对沿海港湾和河口附近水产养殖区域水环境和沉积物环境中的重金属污染日益严重的问题,加强水产品重金属检测,严格控制水产品的食品质量尤为重要。本文以广西3类12个品种水产品为检测对象,重点检测其铅、镉、汞和砷等含量水平,为消费者合理摄入水产品提供科学依据。 Guangxi rich resources of aquatic products, in the face of aquaculture area near coastal harbor and estuary water environment and pollution of heavy metals in sediment environment increasingly serious problems, strengthen the detection of heavy metals of aquatic products, strict control of food quality of aquatic products is particularly important. In this paper, three kinds of 12 varieties of aquatic products in guangxi as test object, focus on testing the content such as lead, cadmium, mercury, arsenic levels, In order to provide scientific basis for reasonable intake of aquatic products for consumers.
