摘要
当前高中英语教师远程研修"在线交互"中存在学习窗口过于复杂、研讨话题缺乏吸引力、学习评价形式单一化等问题。针对上述问题,可以采取优化"在线交互"平台功能、明确"在线交互"的目的与目标、注重"在线交互"话题的设置、促进指导教师的精心辅导、激发培养学员的学习动机、完善远程研修"在线交互"的评价体系等措施予以调整和解决。
At present, there are some problems in the ＂online interaction＂ of senior high school English teachers＇ long - distance training project, such as ： the learning window is too complex, the research topic is lack of attraction, and the form of learning evaluation is simple and so on. In order to solve the problems mentioned above, we can optimize the functions of online interactive platform, define the purpose and aim of online interaction, pay attention to the design of online interactive topics, promote instructors＇ careful guid- ance, stimulate learners＇ learning motivation, and improve the long- distance training online interactive evaluation system.
