摘要
目的应用品管圈方法提升住院药房服务质量。方法由住院药房的11名药师自动自发的组成品管圈(齐心圈),根据品管圈活动的十大步骤进行活动。结果通过品管圈活动,住院药房处方调配差错由原来的15件/周降低为4.6件/周,进步率为69.33%,目标达标率达100.87%。结论开展品管圈活动降低了住院药房调剂内差件数,提高了圈员们解决问题的能力,提升了药学服务质量。
Objective To apply quality control circle (QCC) on the promotion of service quality in inpatient dispensary. Methods QCC who were spontaneously constituted with 11 pharmacists in inpatient dispensary disposed to activity according to the ten steps of QCC.Results Through QCC, the error of prescription dispensing in inpatient dispensary had been reduced from 15 pieces every week to 4.6 pieces every week, the progress rate was 69.33%, the standard-reaching rate of target was 100.87%. ConclusionQCC has reduced the errors of prescription dispensing in inpatient dispensary, has improved the ability of solving problems for members, has improved the pharmacy services quality.
