摘要
目的：通过品管圈活动，改善患者、医护对痛风疾病的认识，以提高痛风患者的随诊依从性。方法：将品管圈培训模式引入痛风患者的管理中，拟定对策加以实施并对效果进行评价和检讨。结果：通过开展以提高痛风患者随诊依从性为主题的品管圈活动，使痛风患者随诊率由17％升至63．5％。进步率达273．5％，达标率103.3％；结论：开展品管圈活动，从而改善了痛风患者的预后。
Objective ： to ring through the activities of quality management, improve the medical knowledge of patients, gout disease, in order to improve the follow - up compli- ance in patients with gout. Methods ： the quality control circle training mode is introduced into the management of patients with gout, develop measures to implement and evaluate and review of results. Results： through the development of gout patients to improve follow -up compliance as the theme of the QCC, make gout patients follow -up rate increased from 17% to 63.5%. Progress rate reached 273.5%, compliance rate of 103.3% ; Conclusion： to carry out the quality control circle activities, so as to improve the prognosis of patients with gout.
