公益组织参与监管是食品安全社会共治的重要一环,而公益组织参与严重不足是我国食品安全形势不容乐观的重要原因之一。在公益组织参与食品安全监管方面,美国、德国等发达国家积累了丰富的实践经验,取得了显著成效,为我国推动公益组织参与监管提供了有益启示。
Public interest organizations play an important role in the social governance of food safety, but it is inserious shortage that public interest organizations participate in regulation in our country, which is one of the main factors result in food security situation not optimistic. For the participation of public service organizationsin food safety regulation, developed countries such as US and Germany, have accumulated richpractical experience and have obtained remarkable achievement which provides beneficial enlightenment for us.
