摘要
通过分析德国食品安全监管的经验和做法,以及与我国在食品安全监管机构、职责、法律法规体系、标准体系等方面的差异,提出完善我国食品安全监管的建议。包括提高监管效率、完善法律法规制度、树立风险管理理念、加强风险交流等8个方面。
Through the analysis of the experience and practice of food safety supervision in Germany,that is,the differences between Germany and China in food safety supervision institutions,responsibilities,laws and regulations system,standard system,etc.,the government suggestions on improving food safety supervision in China are put forward.It includes improving supervision efficiency,perfecting laws and regulations,establishing risk management concept and strengthening risk communication.
