摘要
鉴于滚动轴承在运转过程中能够产生冲击振动信号,将无量纲指标、频域平均与Hilbert包络分析相结合,实现对滚动轴承的故障诊断。首先将采集到的滚动轴承振动信号进行裕度指标、峭度指标等无量纲指标分析,来定性判断轴承是否存在故障,然后通过频域平均减小噪声等干扰信号的影响。最后通过Hilbert包络谱解调分析,获取能够反映故障频率的振动信号。实例表明,该方法能够简单有效地实现滚动轴承的故障判断。
In view of rolling bearing can produce shock and vibration signals during operation, a method of combining non-dimensional parameter, frequency domain average and Hilbert envelope analysis was used to fault diagnosis for rolling bearing. First, analyze the collected vibration signals' margin parameter, kurtosis parameter and other non-dimensional parameters to qualitatively determine whether there is a fault. Further to reduce the effects of noise and other interference signals using the method of frequency domain average. Finally, analyze Hilbert envelope demodulation to get vibration signal which reflects the fault characteristic frequency. Examples showed that this method can be easily and effectively used to rolling bearing fault diagnosis.
