基于逻辑回归的轴承状态监测

摘要 以列车牵引电机的核心部件滚动轴承为研究对象,通过振动加速度传感器采集振动数据计算特征指标,采用因子分析和逻辑回归的方法计算轴承的健康度,通过健康度对轴承状态进行监测,更早地发现轴承问题,进行维修或更换,降低运维成本,提高使用效率,提升用户满意度。 Making the rolling bearing, the core component of train traction motor,as the research object,the vibration data collected by the vibration acceleration sensor are used to calculate the characteristic indexes.Adopting the method of factor analysis and logistic regression to calculate the bearing health degree by which the bearing condition is monitored. Bearing problems are found earlier for repair or replacement, reducing operation and maintenance costs, improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
