摘要
江苏国华陈家港发电有限公司2号锅炉排烟温度偏高,且两侧排烟温度偏差大,为此展开了技术分析,指出导致排烟温度高的因素主要有一、二次风对空气预热器冷却不足,硫酸氢铵黏结空气预热器;导致两侧排烟温度偏差大的主要原因是脱硝副产物硫酸氢铵黏结空气预热器。针对各类原因,提出了相应控制措施。
