摘要
针对国内火电厂燃煤锅炉在安全经济稳定燃烧方面存在的明显不足,分析了影响锅炉安全经济稳定燃烧的主要原因,介绍了当前锅炉改造的某些重要方法和要点。根据目前电厂燃煤的现状,指出了配煤混烧的必要性,介绍了配煤方法和优化配煤的评价原则,同时介绍了优化配煤系统软件的功能。
Focusing on current obvious problems on safe ,economical and stable combustion for coal-fired boilers in China, some main reasons affecting safe,stable and economical boiler combustion are analyzed,and some important methods and outlines for the reform of boilers used at present are introduced, Besides, the necessity of coal-blended combustion is pointed out according to the present status of coal utilization in coal-fired power plants in China, The methods of coal blending and the judging rules for optimizing coal blending process are presented. The functions of the software for optimum coal blending are recommended.
