摘要
采用梅钢炼焦原料研究了复合添加剂和无烟煤配煤炼焦新工艺。无烟煤配比取代同量的焦煤炼焦的试验结果表明,在配加0.5%PRT和0.5%PVA的条件下,无烟煤配比为15%时所炼出的坩埚焦的粒焦反应性与反应后强度接近不加复合粘结剂和无烟煤的基准坩埚焦,焦炭质量好而不劣化。复合添加剂与无烟煤配煤炼焦,可以降低焦炭硫含量和灰含量,降低炼焦成本,显示出非焦煤配煤炼焦新技术的优势。
A new coking technology with anthracite and additives was studied using the coking raw materials of Meigang. The test results of coking with anthracite coal proportion to replace the same amount of coking coal showed that, under the condition of 0.5 % PVA and 0.5 % PRT, the granular coke reactivity and post-reaction strength of cruci- ble coke obtained with 15 % ratio of anthracite were close to that of benchmark crucible coke without composite binder and anthracite, and the coke quality is good without degradation. Coking with composite additives blending anthracite coal can reduce sulphur content and ash content in coke and lower coking cost, showing the advantage of new coking technology of non-coking coal blending.
