摘要
作者与上海锅炉厂、谏壁发电厂合作承担了能源部把SG—1000/170—U306锅炉排烟温度降低10~20℃的重点攻关项目.为此本文分析了影响排烟温度的因素,指出炉膛和制粉系统的过大漏风和制粉系统的掺冷风使得空气预热器通风量减少,是造成排烟温度升高的主要原因;提出了四方面能较好地考虑到锅炉现状和减少改造费用的综合改造方案.综合改造措施实施后.可将目前锅炉排烟温度减低22~27℃,提高锅炉效率1%,年经济效益200余万元.
In this paper, the effect of main factors, such as the false air ratios in the furnace and the pulverized- coal producing system of tdiscussed boiler,on the waste-gas temperature has been analysed Taking into account of the current condition of the boiler, authors presented four kinds of remaking plan for lowering temperature.
