摘要
对静压条件下超临界CO2制备微孔片材的工艺进行了探讨。重点考察间歇发泡工艺参数对微孔片材质量的影响。试验结果表明:采用间歇式发泡法,聚合物在高压釜体内的保压压力、保压温度、保压时间对其发泡质量的影响有很大不同。当保压压力、保压温度、保压时间相同时,卸压口的位置和卸压时间对高压釜体内聚合物发泡均匀性和发泡率有很大影响。
The preparation process of microcellular sheet used by supercritical CO2 under static pressure was discussed. The discussion was focused on the influence of the process parameters of batch foaming on the quality of microcellular sheet. The results showed that the pressure,temperature and time of polymer in the autoclave had a lot of different influences on the foaming quality. When the holding pressure, temperature and time was the same, the location and time of pressure unloading had a great influence on the uniformity and rate of the foaming of polymer.
