摘要
研制新型吸—放热复合发泡剂,与其他常用发泡剂相比,复合发泡剂有着较好的热平衡特性;研究不同类型的发泡助剂及其对复合发泡剂性能的影响,发现适量的氧化锌能调节发泡体系的发泡温度;表面修饰剂能有效改善有机—无机组分混合的均匀性,获得了优化的复合发泡剂的配方。
In the paper, A new ex-endothermal mulriple agent was investigated. Compared with other blowing agent, the multiple agent has better thermal performance to the processing of PVC. Effect of different activtor on the blowing temperture of multiple blowing agent were studied. The addition of appropriate mount of ZnO can modify the blowing agent to the temperature region of PVC processing(170-190℃). Surface modification agent effectively makes the even mixture of organic/inorganic compenents.The formula of multiple blowing agent was optimized.
