摘要
微孔塑料的成型方法主要包括间歇成型法、连续挤出成型法、注射成型法和相分离法等,并且各有优缺点。其中,连续挤出成型法及注射成型法适合工业化生产。分析了微孔塑料的成型过程中的步骤为聚合物/气体均相体系的形成、气泡成核、长大及定型。与常规泡沫塑料的加工相比较,微孔塑料的加工过程要求有高的气体浓度、高的成核速率、成核密度以及短的长大定型时间。
The forming methods of microcellular plastics include batch microcellular foaming, continuous extrusion, injection molding and phase separation. They each have advantages and disadvantages. However,continuous extrusion and injection molding are suitable for industrialization. The forming of microcellular plastics consists of key steps ; forming of homogeneous gas/polymer system ,nucleation and growing and shaping of gas bubbles. Compared with general foam plastics,the processing of mieroeellualr plastics requires great gas concentration,great nucleation ratio,nucleation density,short growing and shaping time.
