交联剂对乙烯-辛烯共聚物交联与结晶性能的影响 被引量:5

Crosslinking and Crystalline Properties of Poly( ethylene-co-1-octene) Crosslinked by Crosslinking Agent

摘要 使用叔丁基过氧化碳酸-2-乙基己酯(TBEC)交联乙烯-辛烯(POE)来制备太阳能电池封装膜,考察了不同TBEC含量对体系正硫化时间、凝胶含量、结晶性能、力学性能与光学性能的影响。研究发现:随着交联剂含量的增加,体系正硫化时间缩短了21.63%、凝胶含量由70.1%增大到85.6%、结晶度变小、熔点降低、拉伸强度由20.9 MPa增大到26.3 MPa、断裂伸长率由584.8%减小到500.4%、透过率有所增加。但当交联剂质量分数超过2%后,体系交联与结晶性能变化不明显。相比结晶性能的贡献,交联POE的力学性能更多依赖于交联结构。 Photovohaic modules (PV) encapsulants was prepared by crosslinked poly ( ethylene-co-1 -octene) ( POE ) using tert-butylperoxy 2-ethylhexyl carbonate (TBEC) as erosslinking agent. The influence of different contents of TBEC on the optimum cure time, gel content, crystalline, mechanical and optical properties was investigated. The results showed that, with increasing the crosslinking agent contents, the optimum cure time was shortened 21.6%, whereas the gel content was increased from 70. 1% to 85.6%. The crystallinity was also reduced. The tensile strength was increased from 20. 9 to 26. 3 MPa, but elongation at break was reduced from 584.8% to 500. 4%. The visible light transmittance was increased. But when the crosslinking agent content was higher than 2% , the crosslinking and crystalline properties did not change much. Compared with the contribution of crystalline properties, the mechanical properties of crosslinked system depended more on the crosslinking degree.
