太阳能电池封装用EVA胶膜性能的研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用特殊结构的硅烷偶联剂对乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)进行化学熔融接枝。利用硅烷接枝的EVA作为基础树脂,辅以复合引发剂、助交联剂以及各种老化助剂,经过热挤出成型制备出EVA胶膜母料。考察了复合引发剂用量对EVA胶膜交联度的影响,研究了硅烷接枝EVA和未接枝EVA胶膜的剥离强度及耐老化性能。结果表明:硅烷接枝EVA胶膜最佳的固化温度为160℃,最佳固化时间为11 min;硅烷接枝EVA具有良好的剥离强度、耐湿热和紫外光老化性能。 Silane with special structure was grafted onto EVA by means of chemical melt grafting method.EVA adhesive film masterbatch was prepared through heat extrusion with silane grafted EVA as basic resin and kinds of additives,including co-initiators,subsidiary curing agent and the different anti-aging agents.The effects of content of co-initiators on the crosslinking degree of EVA adhesive film were studied,and the adhesive strength and thermal resistance properties of grafted EVA and ungrafted EVA were investigated.The results show that: the optimum curing temperature is 160℃,and the optimum curing time is 11 min;and then the peel strength,the heat and moisture resistance,and the ultraviolet aging resistance of the silane grafted EVA are good.
