摘要
采用低黏度的胺类固化剂和环氧活性稀释剂,并加入DBP增塑剂改善环氧树脂灌封胶的柔韧性,研究了各组分对灌封胶的力学性能和透光性能的影响。本灌封胶固化反应缓和,柔韧性好,黏度低,无色透明,适宜作为太阳能电池的灌封。
By adding an amine curing agent with low viscosity and the epoxy reactive diluent, and the DBP plasticizer, the pouring sealant with low viscosity and improved sealant flexibility was prepared. The effects of each constitute on the mechanical property and transmission of light were examined. The results showed that the curing reaction of the sealant was moderated, the sealant had good flexibility and low viscosity and it's transparent, so that the sealant is suitable for using in the solar cell.
