摘要
目的观察温络祛斑通脉方联合西药治疗早期动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)的临床疗效。方法将80例早期ASO患者随机分为2组。对照组40例单纯予西医常规治疗,治疗组40例在对照组治疗基础上服用温络祛斑通脉方。治疗2个月后观察2组临床症状及体征的变化,检测2组治疗前后血脂指标及炎症因子水平变化,并统计疗效。结果治疗组总有效率87.5%,优于对照组(67.5%,P<0.05);2组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平较治疗前均下降(P<0.05),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平升高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论温络祛斑通脉方联合西药治疗早期ASO临床疗效明显,可有效缓解症状,改善血脂指标及炎症因子,且无明显毒副作用。
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Wenluo - quban - tongmai formula combined with Western medicine on early arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods 80 patients with early arteriosclerosis obliterans were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in control group were treated by western medicine routine therapy. 40 patients in treatment were treated by Wenluo - quban - tongmai formula on the basis of control group treatment. The changes of clinical symptom and physicall sign were observed two months after treatment in two group, as well as the level of blood lipid index and inflammatory factor before and treatment, and the curative effect was analyzed. Results The total effective rate in treatment group（87.5%） was superior to that in control group（67.5% ,P 〈0.05 ）. The levels of total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride （TG） and low density lipoprotein （ LDL - C）, C reactive protein （ CRP）, tumor necrosis factor α （ TNF - α） and interleukin - 6 （ IL - 6） after treatment were decreased in two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ） , and the level of high density lipoprotein（ HDL- C ） was increased（ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the improvement in treat- ment was superior to that in control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Wenluo - quban - tongmai formula combined with western medicine has significant curative effect on early ASO, can effectively improve symptoms, improve the blood lipid index and immune index, and without obvious toxic and side effects.
