摘要 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者血清尿酸(SUA)、高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及脂蛋白(LP)(a)与颈动脉粥样硬化斑块的关系。方法选取64例急性脑梗死患者,根据彩色多普勒超声(CDU)检测结果将颈动脉粥样硬化的程度分为A组、B组及C组。分别测定SUA、hs-CRP及LP(a)在各组血清中的浓度变化,对其结果进行统计分析。结果随着内膜中层厚度增加,SUA、hs-CRP及LP(a)水平相应升高,3组间比较差异有统计学意义。B、C组患者SUA与hs-CRP、LP(a)呈显著正相关;hsCRP与LP(a)呈显著正相关。结论急性脑梗死患者SUA、hs-CRP及LP(a)水平变化与颈动脉粥样硬化程度呈正相关,3者之间相互作用参与促进动脉粥样硬化的发生发展过程。 Objective To explore the relationship between carotid atherosclerosis and serum uric acid (SUA), high-sensltivity c-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and lipoprotein (LP) (a) in patients with acute cerebral infarction (ACI). Methods According to the carotid atherosclerosis degrees detected by color doppler ultrasound (CDU), 64 patients with ACI were divided into groups A, group B and group C. The changes of SUA, hs-CRP and LP(a) concentrations were respectively detected and analyzed in all the groups. Results With the increasing of intima-media thickness, the levels of SUA, hs-CRP and LP(a) went up, and there were significant differences among the three groups. In group B and group C, SUA was positively associated with hs-CRP and LP(a), and hs-CRP was positively associated with LP(a). Conclusion The levels of SUA, hs-CRP and LP(a) are positively associated with carotid atherosclerosis degrees in patients with ACI, and their mutual action participates in the formation and progression of atherosclerosis.
