Trichoderma asperelloides ZWWB1固态发酵生产纤维素酶条件优化

摘要 采用单因素试验与正交试验对Trichoderma asperelloides ZWWB1产纤维素酶的最佳固态发酵条件进行了优化。结果表明:在玉米秸秆∶麸皮为4∶3,料液比为1∶2.25,初始p H为5,添加0.10%吐温-80,接种量12%,培养温度为32℃,培养时间为96 h的条件下,Trichoderma asperelloides ZWWB1产纤维素酶活力达到最大,为20.89 U/g,较优化前15.08 U/g提高38.53%。 The solid-state fermentation conditions for cellulase production by Trichoderma asperelloides ZWWBI through single factor test and orthogonal test was optimized in this experiment.The results showed that the cellulase activities reached 20.89 U/g under the optimal conditions : the ratio of corn stover to wheat bran was 4:3,the ratio of materials to nutrient solution was 1:2.25 ,the original pH was 5 ,Tween-80 adding level was 0.10% ,the inoculation volume was 12% ,the fermentation temperature was 32 ℃ ,the incuhation time was 96 h ,which was increased by 38.53% higher than before optimization.
