摘要
纤维素酶在生物量转化及多种工业加工过程中都有着重要的作用,但是纤维素酶活性不高大大限制了其应用,因此提高纤维素酶的产量、降低生产成本成为当务之急。从菌种选育、基因改造、生产工艺等方面论述了如何提高纤维素酶的产量。
The potential of cellulase has been revealed not only in biomass conversion but also in various industdal processes, but the relatively high cost of enzyme production has limited the industrial application. A reduction in cellulase production cost and an improvement in ceUulase performance are very necessary. This review describe how to increasing the cellulose production in strain selection, gene reconstruction and production technology.
