炎症细胞因子及通路在骨关节炎中的研究进展 被引量:10

摘要 骨关节炎是一种常见的慢性退行性骨关节疾病,其典型的病理变化为关节软骨破坏和继发性骨质增生。常表现为关节软骨破坏、关节表面骨赘形成、滑膜细胞增生和关节腔隙变窄。骨关节炎已成为发展中国家导致老年人病残的普遍因素[1‐2]。其发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前认为炎症机制在其中发挥着重要作用,其通过多种炎症细胞因子与信号通路相互调控,从而使细胞合成代谢与分解代谢失衡而改变了细胞的成分、结构和功能,导致了骨关节炎的发生、发展。研究证实NF‐κB信号通路、MAPKs信号通路、Wnt/β‐catenin信号通路及相关细胞因子(白介素、TNF‐α、IGF等)在骨性关节炎发病中起着至关重要的作用。本文就骨性关节炎发生、发展过程中相关通路及细胞因子作一综述。
