摘要
分析了医院质量管理中存在的问题:重服务结果,轻服务过程;重显性指标,轻隐性指标;重一线服务质量,轻后勤服务内涵。同时就如何树立全面质量观提出建议:转变质量观念,优化质量组织,细化制度安排,构建不良事件报告体系等。
The problems in current hospital quality management were analyzed, which included emphasis on service result instead of process ; emphasis on exterior index instead of recessive index ; emphasis on frontier service quality instead of logistic service content. The suggestions were proposed on how to establish integral quality concept in hospital, which included transforming quality concept, optimizing quality organization, making in detail the regime arrangement, establishing adverse events reporting system, etc.
