摘要
医疗质量是医疗机构良好、健康发展的根本,良好的医疗质量一方面可以保证医护工作合理、有序开展,另一方面可有效减少医疗事故发生,提升患者满意度。通过全面、深入分析发现,医疗机构医疗质量主要面临如下问题,包括:医疗质量管理效率偏低、监管不到位、多元化医疗需求难以满足及评价机制欠缺等。而如何有效提升医疗质量,一直是学界热点讨论课题之一。文章从深化医疗质量管理意识、建设有效监督机构、拓展多元化医疗服务、完善医疗质量评价体系等方面进行一一阐述,通过不同层次、各个方面的改善和提升,以期为医疗质量提升和解决提供有效途径。
Medical qual i ty is the basis of good and heal thy development of medical institutions. On the one hand, good medical quality can ensure the rational and orderly development of medical and nursing work, on the other hand, it can effectively reduce the occurrence of medical accidents and improve patient satisfaction. Through comprehensive and in-depth analysis, it is found that the medical quality of medical institutions mainly faces the following problems, including: low efficiency of medical quality management, inadequate supervision, difficult to meet diversified medical needs and lack of evaluation mechanism. How to effectively improve the quality of medical treatment has been one of the hot topics in academic circles. This article elaborates on deepening the consciousness of medical quality management, building effective supervision institutions, expanding diversified medical services, and improving the evaluation system of medical quality. It aims to provide effective ways for improving and solving the medical quality through improving and improving the different levels and aspects.
