摘要
目的:探讨个案追踪法在消化内科护理组长培训中的应用效果。方法对照组按消化内科护理组长常规方法培训,实验组将培训内容进一步细化,其中护理质量检查内容按人、机、料、法、环5个方面进行分类,发放给组长,使之了解应掌握的内容。要求组长带领组员护理患者过程中融入以上5个方面的内容。护理组长在护士长指导下协调本组护理人员间、护患间关系,指导参与本组疑难患者护理及难度较大的护理技术操作,运用个案追踪法督查本组护士工作质量,同时接受护士长检查。培训时间共4个月,将个案追踪法由理论到实践,由特殊到一般,由个别病例到全组患者,分阶段有计划地进行培训。自培训起连续6个月评价两组护理质量检查结果并进行比较。结果实验组培训后6个月的护理质量成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义( t=4.56,P〈0.01)。结论个案追踪法用于消化内科护理组长培训,可有效提高护理组长分析问题、解决问题的能力,培养全面质量观,带动全组护士树立主动服务意识,提高护理质量,进一步提高患者满意度。
Objective To investigate the application effect of case tracking on nursing group director training of digestive system department. Methods Training was conducted to the nursing group director by conventional method in control group, and the training content was further refined in experimental group, of which the nursing quality and ex-amination content were classified according to human, machine, material, method and step to provided to the group di-rector and understand the content which should be mastered. It was required that the content in 5 aspects should be inte-grated in the process of group director leading group members to care patients. Under the guidance of nursing supervisor, the nursing group director coordinated the relationships of nursing personnel and nurse-patient, guiding and participated in the nursing of difficult patients in this group and more difficult nursing technical operations. Case tracking was applied to supervise the work quality of nurse in this group while accepting the inspection of nursing supervisor. The training time was 4 months totally. The case tracking was transformed from theory to practice, and training was planned to con-duct by steps from special to normal and from individual case to the whole group of patient. The nursing quality and ex-amination result were evaluated and compared for 6 months continuously since the time of training. Results The nursing quality score of experimental group was superior to control group after training for 6 month, and the difference had statis-tical significance ( t=4. 56 , P〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion The case tracking applied to nursing group director training of di-gestive system department can effectively improve the capability of nursing group director analyzing and solving prob-lems, cultivating comprehensive quality concept, mobilizing the whole group of nurses to build active service awareness and improving nursing quality to further improve patient satisfaction.
