摘要
目的以当归和胸肋行气活血合剂为例,探讨当归活血合剂和胸肋行气活血合剂质量研究标准。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对当归活血剂中当归、羌活、赤芍、紫花地丁进行定性鉴别,对胸肋行气活血合剂中的大黄、当归进行质量鉴别,采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定胸肋行气活血合剂中黄岑苷的含量。结果建立灵敏、简便、可靠的TCL,采用TCL鉴别,可以清楚的看到药剂显示出来的光斑颜色与对照药品是相同的,并且阴性无干扰。胸肋行气活血合剂中黄甘油的含量应在16mg以上。结论当归活血剂和胸肋行气活血合剂中都是一种性质稳定的活血剂,TCL和HPLC可用于当归活血剂和胸肋行气活血合剂的质量控制。
Objective To angelica and costal line blood gas mixture as an example, study Angelica Huoxue Mixture and costal line blood gas mixture quality standard research. Methods Using thin layer chromatography (TLC) method for qualitative identification of angelica, notopterygium Angelica Huoxue agent, radix paeoniae rubra, Viola yedoensis, used to identify the quality of chest Qi Huoxue Mixture of rhubarb, Chinese angelica, using high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) determination of chest Qi and blood circulation of Baicalin in bonding agent. Results To establish a sensitive, simple, reliable TCL, using TCL identification, can clearly see the spot color and control drug agents displayed is the same, and no negative interference. Content in yellow glycerol costal line blood gas in the mixtureshould be more than 16mg. Conclusion Angelica blood activating agent and chest rib of Qi and blood and activating blood circulation in the mixture is a stable, TCL and HPLC can be used for quality control of Angelica Huoxue agent and costal line blood gas mixture.
