摘要
企业实习是高职院校活动教育的重要载体,有组织的企业实习活动对加强和改进高职院校高素质技术技能人才培养具有重要的意义。温州职业技术学院创造性地提出了"认知+专业+顶岗"有组织的企业实习模式,构建了"三度一要求两监控"有组织的企业实习管理体系,建立了"产教融合、资源共享"的有组织的企业实习运行机制,系统有效地推进了高职学生三年不断线的实训实习,为全国高职院校有组织的企业实习实践提供一种可操作的范式。
Enterprise practice is an important carrier of activity education in higher vocational colleges. It is significantly meaningful for higher vocational colleges to strengthen and improve their training processes of highly qualified technology and technique talents through an organized enterprise practice. On the purpose of providing an operative paradigm for the organized enterprise practice in higher vocational colleges, Wenzhou Vocational Technical College makes a try. It has innovatively created an organized enterprise practice mode of ＂cognition＋major＋internship＂, and constructed an organized management system under ＂three standards＋one request＋two monitors＂. What＇s more, it has established an operational mechanism of enterprise practice which integrates both production and education and shares resources between enterprises and colleges, which has systematically and effectively promoted a continuously three years＇ training and practice scheme for higher vocational college students.
