摘要
高职院校的专业建设应该符合区域经济的发展需要。对于软件技术这个知识更新速度非常快的新兴产业来讲,如何进行校企合作,把来自企业的最新技术引入到"实境耦合"的人才培养模式中来,更需要做大量的研究和努力。在创建国家示范重点专业的过程中,青岛职业技术学院软件技术专业根据企业需求制定了符合软件人才培养需求的"三个不断线"教学模式,通过校企合作建设专业优质核心课程及共享性教学资源,建立校内、校外实训基地等,逐渐形成了多形式、深层次的校企合作模式,进而在探索如何构建符合区域经济发展需要的特色软件专业的道路上取得了一定的经验。
The major construction of vocational colleges should meet the demands of the regional economic development.For the software technology,an emerging industry,in which the knowledge renews very quickly,how to conduct school-enterprise cooperation,and how to embed the new technology in the talents cultivation mode of Real-life Situations coupling,a lot of research and efforts should be done.In the process of creating the national key software major,Qingdao Technical College constructed the teaching model of ＂three continuous lines＂ which not only meets the requirements of the business but meets the needs of the talents cultivation as well.By means of cooperating with the enterprises to construct the professional high-quality core curriculum and the sharing instruction resource,and establishing the training bases in school and out of school,the multilevel school-enterprise cooperation model has gradually been formed.Some experiences have been gained in exploring how to construct the featured software major which meets the demands of regional economic development.
