摘要 文章旨在研究成年绵羊不同组织中GPR 30 m RNA的表达特性。采用q RT-PCR法对成年杂交绵羊不同组织中GPR 30 m RNA的表达进行相对定量分析。结果表明:GPR 30 m RNA在心脏等其他组织中有少量的表达,在卵巢、附睾尾及下丘脑中显著表达(P<0.05)。说明GPR 30 m RNA在成年绵羊的不同组织中均有不同程度的表达,并在繁殖器官的生长、发育过程中起着重要的作用。 The objective of this study was to evaluate GPR 30 mRNA expression in different tissues of adult sheep. GPR 30 mRNA expressions in different tissues of adult sheep were detected by real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR. The results showed that GPR 30 mRNA was not significantly expressed in the heart and other organizations. However, GPR 30 mRNA was significantly expressed in the ovary, epididymidis body and hypothalamus (P 〈 0.05 ). GPR 30 mRNA appeared to be ubiquitously expressed almost in different tissues of adult sheep. It plays an important role in the sheep reproductive organ growth and development.
