摘要
雌激素作为女性体内一种重要的激素,在女性的一生中有着无可替代的地位。传统的观点认为,雌激素在妊娠方面的研究仅局限于经典的雌激素受体。近年来研究表明,G蛋白耦联受体30作为一种新型的雌激素受体,通过介导雌激素"快速非基因组效应",与雌激素结合活化细胞内的第二信使信号,参与雌激素非核信号的调节。近期研究发现其在雌激素相关的妊娠方面有一定的表达意义。本文对G蛋白耦联受体在妊娠方面研究的现状作一综述,期待在以后为妊娠相关疾病诊治寻找新的靶点。
Estrogen,is an important hormone of woman,has an irreplaceable position in woman’s life. TraditionaQy, the study of estrogen in pregnancy is limited to the classical estrogen receptor ER. G protein-coupled receptor 30, is a new type of estrogen receptor, recent studies indicate that the estrogen mediated through rapid non genomic effects in combination with estrogen activation of second messenger signals inside cells, and involved in regulation of non nuclear signal. Recent studies have found that G protein-coupled receptor 30 has some significance in estrogen related pregnancy, in this review, we review the current status of G protein-coupled receptor 30 in pregnancy, and look forward to finding a new target for the diagnosis and treatment of pregnancy associated diseases.
