摘要
对A-高岭土及其制备的FCC催化剂的性能进行了研究,结果表明:与现用苏州高岭土相比,A-高岭土的高岭石含量高、石英含量低、化学组成与粒度分布接近;与用苏州高岭土制备的FCC催化剂相比,用A-高岭土制备的FCC催化剂的比表面积和孔体积高,其它理化性能相当;以掺炼30%渣油为原料,在小型固定流化床装置进行裂化性能评价的结果表明,其裂化气和焦炭收率低,轻质油收率高,选择性好。
The properties of A-kaoline and the fluid catalytic cracking catalyst were researched, the results showed that: Compared with the S-kaoline, thekaolinite content of A-kaoline is higher, quartz is lower, the chemical compositions and particle size are close. Compared with the FCC catalyst prepared by S-kaoline, the specific surface area and pore volume of the FCC catalyst prepared by A-kaoline are higher. The cracking performance was evaluated in FFB by a feedstock with 30 % residue, from the result, the cracking gas and core yield are lower, the light oil is higher, the product selectivity is superior.
