摘要
以苏州高岭土、滑石、镁砂为主要原料,于1350℃下保温3h烧成,合成了堇青石陶瓷。主要研究了添加不同量Bi2O3对堇青石性能的影响。研究结果表明:随着Bi2O3含量增加,烧后试样的气孔率逐渐减小,体积密度、抗折强度逐渐升高。Bi2O3的添加量为6%时,烧结试样的性能最优,合成堇青石的热膨胀系数α为2.08×10^-6℃(25~1100℃),体积密度为2.461g/cm^3。
The cordierite was synthesized by using suzhou clay, talc and high pure magnesia as principal starting material, specimens were sintered at 1350℃ for 3h.The influences of addition of Bi203 on the sintering properties of cordierite were studied.Results showed that:the density and bending strength of the sintering specimens increased with the increasing of Bi2O3 content, porosity decreased gradually.For acquiring the optimum properties of sintering specimens, the optimum content of Bi2O3 was 6%, the thermal expansion coefficient(25 - 1100℃) of cordierite was 2.08×10^-6℃, density was 2.461 g/cm3.
