摘要
以高岭土、滑石和氧化镁为原料合成堇青石,研究了不同原料及合成温度对合成堇青石膨胀系数的影响。结果表明:合成堇青石的优化配方为:高岭69%,滑石22%,氧化镁9%。过多引入滑石、氧化镁或高岭土均会由于形成高膨胀的晶相而导致所合成堇青石的膨胀系数增大。适当提高合成温度可得到膨胀系数较低的堇青石材料,但合成温度过高则会因形成过多玻璃相而使其膨胀系数增大。
Cordierite was synthesized using kaolin, talc and magnesia as raw materials. Effect of different raw materials and synthesis temperature was studied on the thermal expansion coefficient of synthetic cordierite.
