摘要
对A酸性白土及其制备的半合成FCC催化剂进行了研究,结果表明:与行业内使用较广的粘土基质苏州高岭土相比,A酸性白土原矿平均粒度较大(D10=3.5 um、D50=13.8 um、D90=50.6 um),石英含较高(4.1%),Al;O;含量较低(14.2 m%),SiO_(2)、Fe_(2)O_(3)、Na_(2)O、MgO、CaO含量较高(分别为72.4 m%、2.8 m%、0.4 m%、2.4 m%、1.4 m%),K_(2)O含量相当(0.5 m%)。以磨细后的A酸性白土(D10=2.0 um、D50=3.9 um、D90=18.9 um)的为基质制备的半合成FCC催化剂其各项理化性能均达到工业FCC产品的指标要求,比表面积和孔体积均较大(分别为300 m;/g、0.40 mL/g)、抗重金属污染能力强(在7000 mg/kg V污染下,10h微反活性保持在60 m%);小型固定流化床进行的裂化性能评价结果表明,其裂化气和焦炭收率低,轻质油收率高,选择性好,是一种优良的FCC催化剂。A酸性白土可用作半合成FCC催化剂的基质原料。
The properties of A-activated bentonite and the semi-synthetic FCC catalyst were researched,the results showed that:Compared with SuZhou kaolin:the average particle size of the raw A-activated bentonite is larger(D10=3.5 um,D50=13.8 um,D90=50.6 um);the quartz content is higher;Al_(2)O_(3) content is lower(14.2%);SiO_(2),Fe_(2)O_(3),Na_(2)O,MgO,CaO content is higher(72.4 m%,2.8 m%,0.4 m%,2.4 m%,1.4 m%);K_(2)O content is close(0.5 m%).Compared with the FCC catalyst prepared by SuZhou kaolin,the physical and chemical properties of semi-synthetic FCC catalyst prepared by grinded A-activated bentonite(D10=2.0 um,D50=3.9 um,D90=18.9 um)as matrix meet the requirements of industrial FCC catalyst,the surface area and pore volume are higher(300 m^(2)/g,0.40 mL/g),and with stronger resistance to heavy metal pollution,polluted by 7000 mg/kg V,the micro-reactivity(10 h)remains at 60 m%,the cracking performance evaluation results of small fixed fluidized bed show that the yields of cracked gas and coke are lower,the yield of light oil is higher,the product selectivity is superior.It is an excellent FCC catalyst.A-activated bentonite can be used as raw material for the matrixt of semi-synthetic FCC catalysts.
