摘要
工业4.0是工业化和信息化的深度融合,是基于柔性智能制造系统和信息物理系统构建一个高度自动化、数字化、精益化、社会化的生产模式。首先介绍了中德发展工业4.0的战略内涵,探讨了柔性制造系统和信息物理系统中具有代表性的关键技术和装备,包括数控加工装备、工业机器人、3D打印和智能传感器、无线通信装置。
Industry 4.0 is the deep integration of industrialization and information technology,and based on flexible intelligent manufacturing systems and information systems to build a highly automated physical,digital,lean,social production mode. In this paper,firstly industry 4.0 strategic content of Sino-German development is Introduced,and then representative key technology and equipment is investigated about flexible manufacturing systems and information physical system,including CNC machining equipment,industrial robots,3D printing and smart sensors,and wireless communication device.
